A quick addendum to
yesterdays update and some pictures:
Injuries sustained: Nothing serious – all body parts are in tact.
I have frost numb on 7 toes and have lost my taste sensation. Frost numb
is a condition that results from the blood circulation preferentially
shutting down to extremities and other non essential life-force organs.
Basically the nerve endings die from lack of oxygen leading to a loss
of sensation in that body part. Since nerve endings normally regenerate
the condition is usually only temporary. Based on past experience, the
toes come back on line in about 90-days and taste return in about 30-days.
